The Intern Has Left The Building...

Last week we had to say goodbye to our summer & fall intern, Sean Thompson.  During Sean’s internship term, he experienced growth, mentorship, and leadership.  From the beginning, Sean voiced a strong interest in the validation lab, wanting to get first hand experience with the various test methods PCL offers.  With the help of our mentorship structure, Sean quickly became the “man with the plan” back in the lab, running transit tests such as ASTM D4169, and performing integrity tests such as Bubble leak (ASTM F2096), Dye Leak (ASTM F1929), and Peel Strength (ASTM F88).   Towards the end of Sean’s internship, he began assisting with our engineering projects including aiding in the IQ/OQ/PQ validations of a bar sealer.  Sean watched our growth as walls came down and our square footage doubled.  As our office grows, so does our team!  We are excited to bring on new team members and make our PCL Family larger.
